"I applied online for a car insurance quotation for my 18yr old son and received a very quick reply from Crosby's. A text message alerted me that I had an email with the quote attached. I had given a shortened email address, so had to contact Crosby's to get them to send the details to the correct email address. Nothing was too much trouble and in fact, the gentleman I was speaking to, who I later found out was the business owner, was very helpful and efficient. I had several conversation with him regarding the insurance and never once, did he make me feel as though I was pestering. The insurance, though it was a lot of money, was the cheapest I could get and with a reputable company. I was more than happy with the service I received from Crosby and would certainly contact them again for my insurance, and will encourage my other son to do the same.
